Nyali Bazar Shopping Mall - 1.1MWp

Compass Energy successfully completed a 1.1MWp solar installation at Nyali Bazar Shopping Mall in Mombasa, reducing electricity costs by up to 30% with no upfront investment. This project now powers the mall with clean, reliable energy, enhancing sustainability and lowering operational costs.

PPA

Power Purchase Agreement

Land lease/license model. Compass energy will take all the investment and will own the physical panels, the client will sign a long-term PPA where Compass will offer up to 25% savings on monthly electricity bills. No upfront cost to the client.

EPC

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction

Alternatively, for clients wanting to invest int their own solar system, we can offer EPC style contract, where we form an agreement to source, import, install and maintain the solar system for a fixed percentage fee on top of the cost of the system.

Consultancy Service

Whilst we are not there yet, we recognize a market for consultancy for retail and industrial clients who would be interested in services to increase their energy efficiency. In such instances, we could investigate a fee-based structure for energy consumption analysis and solutions to increase energy efficiency.
